the Mocha Room

The second of the larger rooms, the Mocha Room, looks over the neighbouring northern vineyards also the protective stone ridge to the east. It has a king–sized bed that can also be twinned. Not surprisingly the walls are painted a rich mocha brown.

The furniture is a mix of early Australian cedar and mahogany pieces that blend well with the lighter contemporary fabrics used for the soft furnishings.

A large striped armchair calls out to be snuggled into with a good book, and the eclectic art works include works by former local artist Russell Pick, antique Daumier cartoons and other works collected on the boys’ travels.

The large en–suite has a toilet, bidet and double vanity.
