| David Hay has had many years experience in preparing food.
His training as an interior designer has given him an eye for fine detail. David has a
great love of fresh produce and an innate sense and flair in food preparation. Mine host Michael Speers has had many years experience as both an art teacher and an actor and is much loved by the Thorn Park guests for his style in making them feel welcome and at home during their stay. |
